Job Title: Personal Advisor
Hours: 18.5 hours per week - Grade 4 (£28,163 - £30,060 per annum pro rata)
Salary: £14,081 per annum (50% of £28,163)
Job Purpose:
1. To undertake the role of personal advisor, working with social workers and colleagues to support young people.
2. To support young people aged 16+ in preparing for independence, including advice, support, and assistance.
3. To ensure young people live in suitable accommodation, engage in work, training, or education, and are socially connected.
