Pay of Telecoms Fibre Engineer:
- The engineer will be paid based on a rate card with a guaranteed pay rate. There is no cap on earnings for those who work hard and put in effort.
Job Description of Telecoms Fibre Engineer:
* Completing Fibre Installations
* Overhead / Underground
* Completing Fibre Surveying / Repairing Orders
* Receiving full and continuous training, with support throughout your working day
* Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays
* Conducting Site Inspection Evaluations and Traffic Management
* Responding professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries
Key Requirements of Telecoms Engineer:
* Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points
* Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a desire to resolve issues
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift objects regularly
* Ability to safely climb ladders
* Comfort with bending and stretching
* Willingness to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
