We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for September to provide both day-to-day and long-term support within our partner schools. The role of a Cover Supervisor includes: Delivering set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged and focused Providing guidance and encouragement to pupils during their lessons Working flexibly across different year groups and departments Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment The successful Cover Supervisor will have: A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months classroom experience Confidence and resilience to manage classes of students aged 11–16 Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships Flexibility to adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings Why work with TeacherActive?
