Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machines)

£34,000 to £38,000 Basic Salary DOE + £840 Annual Stand-By Rate + Van (Can be used personally) + Overtime Opportunities (1.5x) + Door to Door Travel + 25 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + 8 Bank Holidays + EAP + Death in Service
40 Hour week Monday to Friday (Weekend Rota 1 in 4 weekends Paid Extra).
Field Service Engineer required for a specialist company who provide and service coffee machines for a variety of large, recognisable outlets. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team within a company who can offer comprehensive training on their products.
This role would suit candidates with experience servicing coffee machines, however this can be traditional and/or automated machines.
The successful candidate will work between Norwich, Peterborough and Cambridge, and will be required to travel to customer sites to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as installation work.
The company services every major type of coffee machine and is recognised throughout the UK. They are well established and built a brand associated with quality and professionalism.
The Field Service Engineer Role
1. Installation of coffee machines
2. Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work
3. Field based, covering Norwich, Peterborough, Cambridge
4. Complete service paperwork
5. Monitor stock levels
6. 40 hour week Monday to Friday with a requirement to work some overtime and 1 in 4 weekends within an on-call rota basis.
