We are now looking for a committed and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our exceptional clinical team. You will provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior staff, supporting them to achieve excellent care standards. Your responsibilities will include clinical tasks, care planning participation, accurate reporting, and promoting a positive team culture that values dignity, respect and safety.
