Electrical Supervisor - HVDC Converter Station 📍 Location: Norwich 📅 Contract Length: 18 Months 💼 Rate: Competitive (DOE) 🕒 Start Date: 29th September 2025 About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project involving the construction of a cutting-edge HVDC Converter Station. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-voltage installation that supports the UK's transition to cleaner energy. You'll be responsible for overseeing electrical works on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across all phases of the build. Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installations including HV equipment, LV systems, control & protection, and auxiliary systems. Ensure works are delivered to spec, on time, and in line with safety and quality standards. Lead site inspections, toolbox talks, and enforce HSE compliance. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and commissioning teams.
