Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Project Engineer to join an innovative team, within a business that creates cutting edge meal solutions into the UK food supply chain, across retail and food service.
This is an opportunity for a Project Engineer with a strong background in overseeing and managing small to medium sized CapEx projects.

1. Managing multiple small to medium CapEx projects.
2. Project budgetary control.
3. Liaise and work with engineering & production to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Be the main point of contact with business stakeholders, attending meetings both internally and externally.
