Role Description:We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Bid Writer to join a growing Business Development team, playing a key role in securing new business through the delivery of high-quality, compelling tender submissions.This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex information into clear, persuasive content and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What youll be doing:
* Producing high-quality responses for bids, tenders, and proposals
* Creating clear, professional and technical documentation, including mobilisation strategies
* Ensuring all submissions are compliant, bespoke, and aligned with client requirements and corporate standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored, client-focused submissions
* Managing multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
* Maintaining and improving bid content libraries and processes
* Supporting presentations and developing digital bid and sales content
* Using tools such as AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot), Microsoft and Adobe software
What were looking for:
* Proven experience in bid, tender or proposal writing (FM or service sector desirable)
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Office & Adobe skills
* Experience with bid management software and client portals
* Strong organisational skills and ability xsngvjr to manage multiple deadlines
* Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation
* Full UK driving licence
