The Role
* Lead day-to-day maintenance across multiple buildings
* Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a great experience for all users
* Improve maintenance systems and processes, including the ticketing system
* Manage contractors, budgets, stock, and asset records
* Support annual planning and drive continuous improvement
* Carry out general maintenance when required and respond to occasional out-of-hours issues

What Youll Need
* 5+ years experience in construction or related field
* Strong building compliance knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work across sites
* Ability to handle urgent issues when needed
