We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation with operations across Scotland.
This opportunity sits within an internal Service Desk team and is ideal for someone with early-career IT support experience looking to build long-term stability within a structured environment.
Responsibilities Acting as first point of contact for IT support queries
Logging and managing incidents through a Service Desk system
Supporting Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 users
Managing user accounts and permissions
Building and deploying end-user devices
Assisting with system maintenance and upgrades
Escalating issues where appropriate
About You Experience in a 1st line IT support or helpdesk role
Comfortable supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to prioritise workload and manage SLAs
Full UK driving licence
