What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the maintenance and service of BMS systems for our customers
* Travelling to various customer sites across the Southern Region
* Working both remotely and face-to-face with clients
* Communicating clearly with engineers, customers, and team members
* Studying towards industry-recognised BMS qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in BMS or building technology is essential
* Ideally, a background or interest in engineering, electrical, or heating systems
* A full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills – this is a customer-facing, remote-working role
* Willingness to travel across the region and undertake formal study and qualifications
* A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow
Salary & Benefits
* Salary dependent upon age and experience and in line with apprenticeship pay guidance
* Company Car Scheme at end of year 3 of apprenticeship
* BMSI is an employee owned company (EOT), which you would become part of after 12 months service
* A contributory pension scheme (the Company contributes 6% of your basic salary)
