The company develops advanced temperature-controlled systems used in precision research and clinical environments worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design and development of next-generation refrigeration systems, working from concept through to production in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop refrigeration systems Use analytical and numerical modelling to optimise system performance Define and review refrigeration system and component specifications Produce technical documentation to support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance Support product testing, guide test engineers, and analyse results for improvements Support manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and performance standards Key Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MSc or PhD in Heat & Mass Transfer advantageous Strong background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigeration system design Proven experience in structured product development (DFM, FMEA, ISO 9001) Skilled in mathematical modelling of thermal or refrigeration systems Proficient in Refprop, Flownex, and SolidWorks (CAD) Effective communicator with strong documentation skills If you’re a technically skilled engineer passionate about refrigeration design and innovation, and want to be part of a forward-thinking team developing world-class scientific systems - we’d love to hear from you
