We have an opportunity for a career with Parker Bullen as a Commercial Property Lawyer.
* Experience managing a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters;
* Demonstrate expertise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, both with and without vacant possession;
* Strong working knowledge of non-contentious landlord and tenant matters;
* Proven experience acting in development transactions, including promotion agreements, options, conditional contract and overage arrangements;
* Experience acting for lenders in secured lending transactions;
* Ability to perform under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to advise clients clearly and commercially;
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting working relationships;
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability;
* Capable of working independently using sound judgement, while proactively seeking guidance or clarification when appropriate; and
* Experience in residential property matters and pension schemes in property transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
