Job Description
3. Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes
4. Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases
5. Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
6. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities
7. Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals
8. Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams
The Successful Applicant
9. Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment
10. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles
11. Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch
12. Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting
13. Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
What's on Offer
14. Competitive day rate c. £300-£350 via Umbrella company
15. 3-6 months initially
16. Potential to turn into permanent
17. Working hours between 9am-6pm
