Working as part of a small but experienced team, you’ll play a key role in embedding a strong compliance culture while ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations.
The company offers a flexible approach to candidate profiles – the minimum expectation is 3 years operating in an FCA-regulated role, though experience in financial promotions is a bonus rather than a requirement.
What you’ll be doing
1. Use your regulatory expertise to ensure the business meets all relevant FCA requirements.
2. Implement and maintain the compliance and risk management framework across FCA-regulated operations.
3. Keep ahead of regulatory developments, performing horizon scanning and advising on necessary changes.
4. Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, including the FCA and Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
5. Maintain accurate compliance records and continue professional development frameworks.
6. Promote and embed a strong compliance culture across the business.
