Contracts Manager – Stone Restoration & Conservation Location: Essex (with travel to sites across London) Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) package. Our clients is a leading specialist in stone restoration, conservation, and façade cleaning, proudly delivering exceptional results on prestigious heritage and commercial buildings across London and the South East. They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding team and oversee multiple live projects, with individual values of up to £500k. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Contracts Manager with a background in stone restoration, heritage building conservation, or façade cleaning to take the next step in their career with a company that values technical excellence, project leadership, and collaborative working. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of multiple stone restoration and conservation projects in London Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects run to time, budget, and specification Oversee site progress, health and safety, procurement, and quality control Liaise with surveyors, conservation officers, and heritage consultants as required Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and present reports to senior management Requirements: Proven experience managing projects within stone restoration, building conservation, or heritage construction Strong understanding of conservation techniques, materials, and best practices Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to London sites regularly Ideally based in Essex.
