Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a highly respected Insurance Broker. The team is close-knit and has achieved year-on-year growth, with plans to expand.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support Account Executive staff with administrative and internal duties such as insurer liaison, documentation, and presentation preparation.
2. Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments across a range of Commercial Insurances.
3. Ensure all targets are achieved (new business, renewals, cross-selling, and overall profitability) in compliance with FCA regulations.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing expert advice in all areas of business.
Requirements
1. Strong account handling experience with exceptional knowledge of General Commercial insurance.
2. Experience with Acturis is beneficial but not essential.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Good relationship skills.
5. Enthusiasm, initiative, problem-solving skills, dependability, and accountability.
6. Cert CII qualification.
