We currently have opportunities for Registered Specialist Building Inspectors; at a minimum Class 3 Building Inspector Registration is mandatory for this role. Applicants must already be registered to this level.
Acivico Building Consultancy provides the Building Control service for Birmingham City Council and combines an ethical approach to compliance with standards with the commercial approach of a private company.

Responsibilities
* Work across a diverse range of projects from intricate designs to large-scale developments, including retail spaces and commercial ventures.
* Collaborate across disciplines with architects, engineers, and inspectors to share insights and push boundaries.
* Navigate regulations and understand client needs to deliver compliant building control solutions.
Qualifications
* Registered Building Inspector with at least Class 3 Registration (mandatory for this role).
* Right to work in the UK.
