Administrator/Document Controller Based in Waltham Abbey Permanent £25-30K per annum Initial Document Control Responsibilities: Administrative support to the Contracts Team (e.g., filing, archiving, scanning, etc). Downloading and distribution of construction documents, including uploading to various project information software (Aconex, Asite, 4Projects/Viewpoint, Dochosting, ACMetrix, Safetybank, and others). Comply with documentation procedures. Log document requests and distribution as needed. Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents Qualifications / Experience / Requirements: Construction experience preferred. Confident using a computer and Outlook for emails. Confident in using Microsoft Excel. Excellent organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. A team player. Experience using online document portals would be helpful but not essential (ie. Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint). Other: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 Office based in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Remote working unavailable. Initial Teams interview, followed by a second face to face interview. 6-month probation, with 3-month review. Salary negotiable, depending on experience. Full training provided.
