Paragon Talent is working with a global manufacturer of freeze-dried fruit who are on a mission to transform healthy snacking across the UK & Ireland. We are looking for a proven senior sales professional, someone with a hunter mentality to make it happen.
Our client is embarking on an ambitious B2C growth journey to create a premium snacking platform, partnering with major grocers on private label innovation.
With a national listing already secured with one major UK retailer, they are seeking a UK & Ireland B2C Sales Manager to drive listings, open doors, and lead retail expansion from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the retail journey at inception. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, pitch to UK retail giants, and unlock new channels, including supermarkets, foodservice, travel, and convenience.
This is a genuine blank-slate opportunity to build something lasting, within a well-resourced international food business that has multiple global manufacturing facilities, a strong supply chain, and innovation capabilities.
What we’re looking for:
* A strong track record selling ambient/snacking products into UK retail (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, etc.)
* Experience with own brand and private label
* A hunter mindset, thriving in a fast-moving, lean environment, building from zero
