Job Description:
We are seeking an Integrated Network Services Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal across projects, service, and support teams, providing essential network support for UK and international clients. Responsibilities include network design, troubleshooting, security assessments, and establishing AV network standards to uphold Kinly's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consult and support on AV integration projects, including network design, configuration, and deployment.
2. Configure and provision network switches and other hardware using GUI and command line tools.
3. Support complex network deployments with multi-switch and multi-protocol configurations.
4. Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and security assessments for AV network systems.
5. Create network documentation, deployment guides, and diagrams for clients and internal teams.
6. Support security reviews and contribute to establishing industry-leading standards.
7. Collaborate with design and deployment teams on large-scale projects.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar AV networking role.
* Understanding of AV networking protocols like Multicast, IGMP, PIM, Dante, RTSP, PTP.
* CCNA or equivalent certification.
* Experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware from vendors like Q-SYS, Crestron, Audinate, and Extron.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Interest in network device security and smart management solutions.
