About The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and processing of contracts from the field sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, data accuracy on company systems, and achievement of department KPIs. Additionally, you will support the field sales team as office-based admin support.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
1. Manage and administer the entry of new sales onto AMCS and gains systems.
2. Manage and administer the entry of new sales leads into CRM.
3. Assist the customer services team in processing retention contracts via CRM, liaising with service teams or suppliers as necessary.
4. Maintain daily communication with the sales team for updates and progress.
5. Distribute inbound web/phone leads to sales and other teams, ensuring they are logged on CRM.
6. Liaise with service teams regarding future deliveries each month.
7. Assist with pending contracts, helping sales to notify existing suppliers for their customers.
8. Conduct credit checks and ensure the integrity of provided information.
9. Follow all department procedures, ensuring data is accurately and promptly recorded on the company's systems, and manage electronic filing of contracts.
10. Ensure accuracy in roll-out/cancellation processes.
11. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager (e.g., pre-invoice checks, credit note processes).
General Responsibilities and Activities
1. Enter customer details into CRM.
2. Assist sales team with quoting for work.
3. Help complete all sales-related documentation by liaising with sales reps.

* Knowledge of the waste industry or hazardous waste is an advantage.
