Litigation Case Handler – Join Our Legal Services Team
Are you a highly organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for legal process and case management? We’re seeking a Litigation Case Handler to support our panel solicitors in navigating claims recovery, guiding them with expertise, and keeping clients in the loop throughout litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage your own caseload independently, liaising closely with panel solicitors.
* Prioritise tasks around court dates and legal deadlines with precision.
* Ensure clear and accurate communication with insurers, solicitors, clients, and internal teams.
* Retrieve, file and assess documents, identifying risk throughout each claim lifecycle.
* Prepare documentation for hearings and legal proceedings.
* Provide continuous case updates to clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
* Review case prospects and issue clear instructions to solicitors.
* Handle inbound calls from clients and legal professionals with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge & Experience:
* Office environment familiarity and confident use of Microsoft Office.
* Credit Hire experience welcomed.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport across all levels.
Skills & Qualities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
* Effective multitasker with sound time management.
* Reliable, professional, and customer-centric.
