As an Area Sales Manager in our dynamic Service team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our recurring revenue account base, also known as our service agreement customers. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a leading HVAC service organization!
What Will You Be Doing?
* Prospecting & Research: Identify and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites.
* Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, and secure new maintenance agreements.
* Building Relationships: Establish rapport with customers through effective questioning techniques to uncover their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
* Site Surveys: Perform facility walkthroughs to assess equipment and site conditions, enabling you to craft tailored proposals for maintenance agreements and Carrier's aftermarket services.
* Sales Tools: Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track and develop an active backlog of sales opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure quality results on Maintenance Agreements and resolve any customer issues.

Minimum Requirements:
* Strong service sales background
* Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC, or Heat-Pump marketplace is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to engage prospective customers and convert inquiries into project wins
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* IT literate with MS Office skills
