Knowledge Transfer: Planning and delivering upskilling sessions to ensure marketing and commercial teams are fully supported during the system move. Scientific Support: Supporting scientific advisors in artwork reviews and handling technical queries from the marketing community. Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor products and their scientific claims to ensure L'Oréal remains at the forefront of the industry. Compliance Oversight: Monitoring ‘My Studio’ (our communication review platform) and developing innovative ways to track and report submissions.
