Sales Engineer Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Remote) A global leader in sustainable climate and temperature‑control solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join its OEM & Trade team. This role suits someone commercially driven, technically confident and motivated by helping customers find the right HVAC and Process Cooling solutions. The Role Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships. Promote equipment and service solutions across HVAC and Process Temperature Control markets. Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records. Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments and support solution design. Collaborate with engineering, project and marketing teams. Prepare sales forecasts, analyse market trends and support strategic planning. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal processes. About You Engineering qualification or relevant technical experience is an advantage. Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Target‑driven with a track record of achieving results. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full Right to Work and a valid driving licence.
