Overview
You will work on an interesting caseload and will benefit from a supportive team environment and attractive benefits package. The role will see you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients by managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions
2. Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing matters
3. Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases
4. Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions
5. Ensure clients' best interests are represented throughout the process
6. Continue to develop relationship with an already established panel of agents and lenders
Requirements
7. Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ upwards), Legal Executive and/or Licenced Conveyancer
8. Used to managing your own residential property caseload
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
10. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
11. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes
