1. Position: Property Manager
2. Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year plus very good all round company benefits and staff summer and Christmas events (paid for by the company). Free refreshments all day
3. Hours: 4 weekdays per week, 09:00 -18:00 and every other Saturday 09:00 -17:00. One week day off every week!
4. Role based in Burgess Hill. Free parking available on site for staff.
We are very pleased to be partnered with our established and very successful property based client as they seek to recruit a full time Property Manager to join their team at their well appointed offices in Burgess Hill.
This role is ideal for someone with property / lettings experience and offers an excellent opportunity to work in really interesting part of the property sector.
My client is an independent, established and well known property company and has been working successfully throughout the area since the 1990’s
Property Manager – duties will include:
5. Looking after a portfolio of rental properties
6. Organising any repairs and maintenance
7. Communicating with tenants and landlords
8. Carrying out property visits
9. Handling paperwork and ensuring compliance
10. Liaising with contractors and colleagues
11. Property viewings
12. Liaising with tenants and landlords
Experience, competencies and knowledge required
13. Some experience of working in lettings or property management
14. A can-do attitude and great communication skills
15. Organised and calm under pressure
16. A full UK driving licence (for viewings and meeting clients)
17. Working only four weekdays (9am to 6pm) per week and every other Saturday (9am-5pm)
