We are currently working with a busy law practice in Harrogate who are looking for a Legal Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your legal administration career, as a key member of the Legal team, youll provide essential support across the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of client care and file management.
Key Responsibilities
1. File and maintain documents and correspondence in LEAP, SharePoint, and Outlook
2. Scan, upload and organise documents, including invoices and client correspondence
3. Produce, proofread and format documents to a professional standard
4. Assist with file closure, archiving, and document destruction
5. Support client onboarding, including ID checks and AML procedures
6. Produce WIP reports, draft bills, and issue payment reminders
7. Book barristers, arrange meetings, travel and training/events
8. Help compile and proofread document bundles for court
9. Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
10. Greet visitors and support reception duties
11. Set up meeting rooms and conference technology
12. Handle incoming/outgoing post and general office administration
