About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable experiences? We are on the lookout for a Shift Manager to join our vibrant Bars & Shops Venues across the resort!
As a Shift Manager, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operational plans are executed flawlessly. Your mission? To make sure our team is in the right place at the right time, managing fluctuating guest demand while maintaining our high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
Your leadership will shine as you support and coach your team, driving key targets like add-on sales and promotions. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, allowing you to spend most of your time engaging with guests and creating memorable moments.
Flexibility is key, as this role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days. Embrace the excitement of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive on thinking on your feet and prioritizing guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
About You
We are seeking an experienced leader from the F&B sector who is passionate about delivering fantastic service. You should:
* Put guests first in everything you do.
* Have experience in training and coaching teams in a fun-filled environment.
* Possess a background in leading within a busy restaurant, bar, or retail setting where speed and quality are essential.
* Be confident in directing and responding to any situation while upholding consistent brand standards.
* Have the ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even during peak times.
* Be adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
With your strong leadership skills, you will inspire your team to deliver amazing results for both our guests and your colleagues every day!
