Our client is particularly strong and active in the higher end of the property market and pride themselves on their enviable reputation throughout London and the Home Counties.

* Solid experience as a senior lettings negotiator
* Experience working in prime central London
* Excellent negotiating and rapport building skills
* High standards of service and professionalism
* IT literate
* Full UK driving licence.
As the senior lettings negotiator, you’ll be provided with a basic salary of c. £30,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of an attractive £70,000. You will also be provided with a car allowance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
