Roles/Responsibilities
* Win new business and open new contractor and engineering accounts across the Northern region.
* Promote sheet piles, trench sheets, structural steel sections, and engineered steel solutions.
* Conduct site visits and technical discussions with contractors, engineers, and buyers.
* Develop long-term relationships within groundworks, shoring, marine, and infrastructure sectors.
* Identify early-stage project opportunities and influence specification.
* Manage and execute your own territory growth strategy.
* Build strong pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
* Establish yourself as the go-to specialist for piling and shoring solutions in your region.
Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales experience within:
* Sheet piling
* Groundworks
* Shoring / trenching
* Structural or heavy steel
* Civil engineering materials
* Foundation or infrastructure supply
* Strong new business development and door-opening capability.
* Comfortable working in a field-based, travel-oriented role.
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
* Confident engaging with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
* Well-networked within the construction or civil engineering sector.
* Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of running a territory with minimal supervision.
