We’re partnering with a stunning country house hotel nestled in the Cotswolds, seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading their talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with hotel experience to step into a senior role within a refined, fast paced environment that blends banqueting excellence with elevated restaurant dining.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen
* Overseeing restaurant service, banqueting and events to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
* Leading and motivating the team to deliver consistent high standards
* Assisting with menu creation, stock management and maintaining GP targets
* Upholding food safety, hygiene and compliance across all sections
Qualifications
* Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel environment
* Is confident working across multiple outlets, including restaurant, banqueting and events
* Brings creativity, organisation and a calm, hands on approach
* Takes pride in mentoring and inspiring junior chefs
* Thrives under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards
