Experienced Commercial Plumbers / Heating Maintenance Engineers Wessex ME is part of the Andwis technical services group of companies based in Yeovil and North Dorset, but operating predominantly throughout South Somerset, Dorset, West Hampshire, & South Wiltshire.
Wessex ME has many years of experience ofdelivering building engineering servicesusing a highly trained, directly employed workforce of over 60.
Due to our ongoing success, we have a need to expand our existing mechanical services commercial plumbing and heating department and are therefore currently looking to fulfil the following job opportunity.
Experienced Commercial Plumbers and Heating Maintenance Engineers.
The Role Experienced commercial plumbers/pipefitters with a proven track record of carrying out the installation of commercial plumbing and heating installations in new builds and refurbishments of commercial premises, such as schools, offices, public buildings, healthcare facilities, MoD bases and factories.
Must have good planning and organisational skills, be able to read drawings, specifications and RAMS.
Full clean UK Driving Licence.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety and ideally have a current CSCS card.
Experience at installing Pressfit Copper & Stainless Steel, Soldered Copper, Screwed Steel, Solvent Welded Plastic Soil & Waste Pipework is the bare minimum requirement.
41,953.60 pa, depending on experience Company van with fuel card 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
