Sanderson has partnered with one of the biggest brands on the planet seeking an experienced Music Content Operations Specialist to proactively and reliably manage the support queues and organize and execute distribution priorities across the business.
Scope of Work
 * Approve metadata and assets for specific rosters daily
 * Provide timely artist and partner support via Zendesk, troubleshooting issues, adhering to tagging standards, and working with leads to make basic updates.
 * Distribute high-quality metadata, files, and assets, via content reviews, delivery workflows, and various technical systems.
 * Continuously create and update team documentation to keep it relevant and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
 * Monitor artist support queues and triage cases as directed by case handling.
 * Triage Zendesk and reassign tickets to appropriate owners.
 * QC and deliver all assets, audio and metadata, accurately to all DSPs via delivery platforms.
 * Deliver Atmos and Motion files within 1-2 days, based on priority.
 * Troubleshoot across various systems to identify root causes.
 * Consistently improve and update team documentation.
 * As needed, pull reports and analytics across various areas of the business.
 * Respond to Artist support tickets within 24 hours. Close artists’ tickets within 3 business days.
Qualifications
 * Proven project management and critical thinking skills, to plan and drive tasks across teams, prioritise, see around corners, meet deadlines, and get quality results whilst balancing multiple projects within tight timeframes.
 * Prior knowledge and experience working with music metadata and asset requirements.
 * Prior support desk, issue triage, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance experience.
 * Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple complex requests simultaneously.
 * Experience documenting process flows, schedules, and analysing data.
 * Technical acumen to participate in technical discussions for team optimisation.
 * Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
 * Flexible, responsive, and versatile in nature, able to take on challenges while maintaining a calm demeanour.
