Customer Service Taxi Rank Agent - Heathrow Airport - £13.15 per hour - Full-time

Due to an expansion of our services at Heathrow airport, an exciting prospect has arisen for Customer Services - Taxi Rank Agents. You will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector. You will join a team that takes pride in their work and values its employees. As a Customer Services Adviser, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced setting. Key duties include:
1. Processing passengers and establishing destinations as the first point of contact.
2. Liaising with the Taxi Feeder Park to confirm driver validity.
3. Issuing Local Journey Tickets and answering passenger and driver queries clearly.
4. Performing Badge and Licence checks on the rank and reporting anomalies.
5. Reporting unattended packages/parcels and maintaining security vigilance.
6. Using Hand Held Units to confirm taxis on ranks and record LJ/FFS during peak times.
7. Handling passengers with large luggage requirements.
8. Learning and applying knowledge of Laws and Heathrow Bylaws (training provided).
9. Learning destinations and issuing Local Journey Tickets and Fares (training provided).
Qualifications and skills:
* Flexibility to work across all Heathrow areas.
* Willingness to work overtime if needed.
* Good command of English.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Ability to operate a two-way radio (training provided).
* Teamwork and ability to work alone.
* Knowledge of Heathrow and local area (an advantage).
* Driving license (preferable but not essential).
