We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable HR and Office Admin Assistant with some recruitment experience to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your recruitment background, develop broader HR expertise, and play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Coordinate job ads, interviews, and candidate communications
* Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documents
* Assist with new starter inductions and onboarding processes
* Support offboarding and exit interviews
HR Support
* Provide guidance on HR policies and employee queries
* Support performance reviews and maintain accurate records
* Conduct reference checks and manage benefit administration
* Maintain HR reports and employee records
Office Operations & Admin
* Manage office supplies, post, and facilities
* Coordinate travel arrangements and support senior leadership with admin tasks
* Liaise with external contractors for office maintenance
* Help organise company events and support HR-related communications
Experience and qualities required
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential (in-house or agency)
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking skills
* Warm, approachable, and comfortable working with people at all levels
* Proactive team player and solution-focused, with strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling sensitive information
* Tech-savvy – comfortable with HR platforms, MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools
