Head of Financial Modelling

Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for financial modelling? Join our Finance team as Head of Financial Modelling and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.
Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you'll lead the charge on our Group's Five-Year Plan (5YP) - owning, developing, and refining a dynamic financial model that underpins critical decision-making and strategic planning at the highest level.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Group 5-Year Plan (5YP): Build and manage a robust, KPI-driven financial model to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
* Partner with Business Units: Drive accountability and alignment by ensuring accurate forecast inputs and assumptions from across the business.
* Deliver Executive Insights: Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights through high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Support Treasury & Capital Planning: Work with Treasury to evaluate credit rating implications and refinancing options.
* Raise the Bar in Financial Modelling: Set and drive standards for modelling and reporting across the Finance function.
* Contribute to Strategic Projects: Provide financial modelling support for M&A opportunities, external stakeholder presentations, and more.
Qualifications
* Expert Excel Skills: You build complex, scalable models in your sleep.
* FP&A Excellence: Solid experience in Group FP&A within large, multi-product or multi-unit organisations.
* Strategic Influence: You're a trusted business partner, able to engage and influence senior leaders.
