At Nescot, we are recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to become an integral part of our small, friendly team. The role is 37.5 hours a week, on-site, all year round, based in Epsom.

What we are looking for:
* Professional approach with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
* Accuracy, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Good IT skills and the ability to support staff through self-service systems.
Duties include:
* Managing the HR database systems.
* Handling recruitment processes.
* Performing general HR administrative duties.
* Making creative decisions regarding recruitment, with knowledge of social media platforms, and the confidence to research and present ideas.
No prior work experience in Human Resources is required; however, if you have recently left University or College, we would like to see evidence of your work experience, whether paid or unpaid (excluding experience organized through your educational institution).
