HYBRID WORKING

Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part-time roles and arrangements are at managers' discretion. Alternatively, you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.

INTERVIEWS

ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek an individual committed to achieving a high quality of life for customers and who is an excellent communicator. You will deliver day-to-day housing management services to tenants in a Local Lettings Agency property, working with vulnerable people to ensure successful tenancies and providing high standards of tenancy management.

REQUIREMENTS

You should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in housing, homelessness, or support services. Knowledge of current housing legislation and experience supporting tenancies are essential. Please refer to the attached person specification for full criteria. Successful applicants will need to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
