Practicus are supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to secure vital partnerships that protect butterflies, moths, and the environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with caring companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with proactive new business approaches
* Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Create compelling proposals, cases for support, and stewardship plans
* Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
* Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering growth
* Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience developing and implementing fundraising plans to meet targets
* Strong negotiation skills and legal understanding of partnership agreements
* Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience stewarding funder relationships effectively
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly
* Experience managing income and expenditure budgets

Salary - £38,336 to £44,247 per year (pro rata)
Working hours - 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location - Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
