PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PART-TIME
MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: 20+ HOURS PER WEEK
GBP12.50 - GBP12.90 PER HOUR
People Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Administrator based at our Head Office in Walsall. Joining us on a part time basis, working approximately 20+ hours per week across Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday with varied start times.
Day to Day Duties
Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring weekly payroll deadlines are met
* Handling and responding to queries relating to payroll on the telephone and via email
* Ensuring accurate records are kept in-house
* Creating weekly reports for the Payroll Supervisor in excel
* Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor
Essential Skills
What we re looking for in our Payroll Administrator:
* Experience working with payroll
* Good Excel skills
* Good communication skills
* A positive can-do attitude
* Good communicator
* Attention to detail
* Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative
Training
* Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support throughout
