Claims Manager
Location: Norwich (Hybrid – 3 days in office, flexible)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits
A leading global insurance and risk advisory firm is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a large, high-performing team within their UK claims function. This is a hybrid role based in Norwich, offering the opportunity to shape operational performance and drive technical excellence across a diverse claims portfolio.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a large team of claims professionals, including Team Managers and Handlers. You’ll play a key role in setting performance standards, supporting technical development, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client outcomes.
Reporting into the Head of Claims Operations, you’ll also contribute to wider strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the claims function.
