Salary: £45k – £60k
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded firm in Ipswich. The firm is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, ranging from regional businesses to larger national organisations. You will become part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team, gaining exposure to a broad mix of commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Leases, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Development work, landlord and tenant matters, and licences
* Real estate matters such as acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and property management issues (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals)
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and building client relationships
Candidate Profile
* Solicitors or Legal Executives with practising rights and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Solid technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and confidence to manage own caseload independently
* Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships and working closely with experienced Partners for development
