Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Provide expert advice and support to management on HR policies and procedures.
3. Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
4. Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
5. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work on-site and collaborate with various stakeholders.
