Partnership Manager Private Equity Sector

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to lead RCK's growth within the Private Equity and investment community. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience building commercial relationships within the PE sector, ideally with an existing network of investors, portfolio managers, and fund advisors.
Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain relationships with Private Equity firms to gain access to their portfolio companies, positioning RCK as the preferred partner for R&D Tax Credit, Capital Allowance, and Business Rates services.
This is a highly strategic role at the heart of our commercial growth plans, with the opportunity to shape RCK's presence across the investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage Private Equity firms, venture capital funds, and investment groups to build strategic partnerships.
* Develop deep, long‑term relationships with partners to secure introductions across their portfolio companies.
* Manage a portfolio of PE relationships, ensuring RCK's services are embedded across their investment networks.
* Deliver partner reviews, performance reports, and value‑added insights to strengthen relationships and demonstrate ROI.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for partners and referred portfolio clients.
* Represent RCK at relevant PE, finance, and investment networking events to enhance visibility and credibility.
* Track, forecast, and report on partnership performance, pipeline, and outcomes.
About You
* Minimum 3 years experience working within the Private Equity or investment ecosystem, ideally in business development, partnerships, or advisory roles.
* Strong existing network within the PE community, with a proven ability to leverage relationships for commercial growth.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage senior investment professionals.
* Commercially astute, target‑driven, and strategic in approach.
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
* Passionate about helping investors and their portfolio companies unlock financial value through specialist tax and cost optimisation services.
