Senior Full Stack Engineer | React / Kotlin | Fintech | £100k–£130k + Equity | UK Remote
We’re hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a small team building a brand-new platform from scratch for a global business operating in 25+ countries and valued close to £1bn.
The company is undergoing a major tech transformation and forming a startup-style engineering team to rebuild its core platform to enable global expansion.
Tech stack
* Kotlin (backend)
* React (frontend)
* Full-stack ownership
* Pair programming & TDD
* Simple architecture focused on speed of delivery
What we’re looking for
* 6+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong full-stack development skills
* React, Kotlin, Java or .NET backgrounds welcome
* Startup or product-driven experience a plus
* Strong communication skills (collaborative engineering culture)
Package
* £100k–£130k salary

Interview process
Three stages: intro call, pair programming exercise, culture/product interview.
