Working with a leading brand in Solihull, we are seeking an IT PMO Analyst for a permanent role. This is a hybrid position offering GBP50,000 base salary plus benefits.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to promote governance and assurance across our IT portfolio. Your responsibilities will include establishing effective processes, enforcing controls, and ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives. Day-to-day Responsibilities
1. Support the team to improve project delivery success and quality by implementing processes and procedures.
2. Support and chair governance forums, including board meetings, by preparing reports, agendas, terms of reference, capturing actions, and following up.
3. Collaborate with IT Delivery leads to develop and implement a suitable Governance Model and support project delivery systems and processes.
4. Assist the Delivery team in developing and evolving the IT PMO function within the organization.
5. Analyze KPIs across the IT Department and work with respective team leads to identify improvement areas.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner Certification (or equivalent project management qualifications)
* Solid understanding of project delivery principles and methodologies
* Highly organized, diligent, and capable of holding others accountable in a supportive yet firm manner
* Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
* Proficiency in Excel, including managing complex spreadsheets, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
* Experience with a broad range of IT and cross-functional business processes, demonstrating business and technological acumen
