Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Manager Company based in Gloucester Salary from £40,000- £50,000per year (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent Location: Mainly office based with the requirement to visit customer sites and potential to work from home on occasions Full Job Description: Reporting directly to the MD, the role consists of the following: • Day to Day Management of the Service Department and Engineers • Dealing with Customer Enquiries and Requests for Breakdown/Service Call Outs • Scheduling Planned Maintenance Activities • Conducting Site Surveys, Preparing and Sending Quotes to Customers • Supervising New Installation Works • Recording and Updating Job Details on Service Software from Initial Job Allocation through to Ready for Invoicing and Handover to our Finance Department • Managing Department Health & Safety Requirements including CDM Regulations, RAMS and Site Monitoring Visits • Promote and Reinforce the Good Reputation of the Company • Identify New Business and Customer Opportunities and Follow Up About You: You will ideally be/have: • Relevant HVAC Qualifications (NVQ, F-GAS) • Refrigeration & HVAC Technical Background and Knowledge • Proven Service Management Experience • Marine, Industrial and Commercial Systems Experience • Proven Client Facing Customer Service Experience • Leadership and Teamworki...
