Location: Hybrid - Stoke on Trent with one / two days working from home The Role As CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the full patient communication journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment care with a particular focus on acquisition lead nurture and conversion. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, and youll work closely with our Sales team to align communications with commercial goals. Youll use insight, empathy, and technical skill to develop email and SMS CRM journeys that are not only relevant and engaging but also drive results. Were a small, dynamic team, so youll need to be hands-on, proactive, and confident working independently at times, as well as with our digital marketing agency. Proficiency with CRM tools Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a strong plus as well as Pabau (our clinic system used for service communications). Excellent collaboration skills you understand the value of working closely with Sales and Operations and aligning on goals. A strong grasp of lead nurture strategies and behaviour-driven marketing. Clear, confident communicator with the ability to write purpose-led, human-centred messaging and the ability to turn that into marketing campaigns and collateral. A balanced creative and analytical mindset comfortable coming up with ideas as well as interpreting data and using it to shape decisions. Self-starter who thrives in a small, agile team and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Commercially aware, and genuinely interested in helping people through clear, timely communication.
